AS IS
Twelve Tailoring LLC AS IS policy states: A Finish garment taken out of store is: AS IS meaning that the buyer accepts the item for sale/service in its presently existing condition without modification or repair.
Under Uniform Commercial Code section 2-316, an as is clause releases the seller from responsibility for the quality of the item for sale.
Customer Complaint Department
We regard a complaint as an expression of dissatisfaction about our organization, our staff, our partners, our contracted service providers or anyone else acting on our behalf. A complaint can be received verbally, by phone, by email or in writing. All complaints are handle by the owner with in and transferred to our legal partners at Merritt Webb Law Firm.
NOTICE TO CUSTOMER — IMPORTANT
When you drop off garments or personal property for cleaning, repair, alteration, storage, or similar service, please note:
If you do not pick up the property within six (6) months from the date you are notified or from when the item is ready, and your charges have been fully paid, we may dispose of, sell, or otherwise dispose of the property by any means.
This notice is given at the time of delivery, as required under South Carolina law.
If we fail to give you this written notice at drop-off, we cannot dispose of the item until twelve (12) months have passed.
