    How long do alterations take?
    Standard alterations typically require 14 business days, depending on the season and the complexity of the alteration. For bridal and multiple garments, the turnaround time generally ranges from 4 to 8 weeks.

    Do you offer rush services?
    Yes, we offer express and same-week rush services for an additional fee. Availability for rush orders depends on our current workload, so please inquire about this option when booking your alteration.

    How Are Prices Determined?

    Alteration costs vary based on fabric type, garment construction, and complexity. Estimates are provided during your fitting before any work begins.

    Do I Pay Before or After Alterations?

    All alterations must be paid in full before work begins. This policy ensures scheduling priority and timely completion.

    What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?

    We accept all major credit cards, cash, check, and contactless payments via your client portal.

    What if my garment still needs changes after pickup?

    We’re happy to make a one-time adjustment within seven days of pickup at no additionalcharge, as long as the garment has not been worn.

    Do you accept garments altered elsewhere?

    Yes, but additional fees may apply if we must correct or redo previous work.

    Do you offer refunds?

    Because all work is customized, alterations are non-refundable once completed. However, we will gladly adjust our work to ensure your satisfaction.
